In a 11 hectare park the Val Domain is a leisure unit towered by a small XVth century castle.

The registered hiking trail which runs along the reefs of the Côte d’Emeraude runs nearby.

After having crossed the Gouessant mouth, reach the reception and discovery Centre of the marine world at the Guettes head land. You will find back the Gouet valley at Saint-Julien on the road which will lead you to Quintin.

This town was formely famous for its linen cloth. Its old XVIth and XVII th century houses lie on the hill sides and the town is towered by the castle, the ramparts and the basilica.

When leaving the Lorge forest you will sink into the depths of the Gallo country.

On a rocky spur at the confluent of two valleys Moncontour maintains its picturesque side streets inside partially ruined ramparts.

You will reach the Touche-Trébry castle (XVIth century) on the sides of the Truite valley then the Gouessant valley.

The small town of Lamballe harbours the abbey church Notre-Dame, Saint-Martin church, a former priory from the XVth century Marmoutier abbey as well as a National stud farm.

After having entered the druidic depths and mysteries of Saint-Aubin forest you will distinguish at the edge of the wood the ruins of the Hunaudaye castle and its first constructions date from the XIIIth century.

The burial mounds laid on each side of the Arguenon will remind the Celts ‘ presence in this Armor region where you will spend the night.
