At the heart of the last Chouannerie stronghold in the Trégor the Brélidy castle towers a 35 hectare domain of wood, bocage and hollow paths. The river Jaudy flows at the foot of this XVth century home.
You will resume the road on the Trégorrois plateau. Before travelling back towards the mouth of the river Trieux do not miss the church at Runan fortified by the Templars in the XIVth century,
When ambling along the jetty of Paimpol harbour you will find back the ocean where the sail boats sail next to the small colored boats destined to the traditional fishing. You may travel up to the Arcouest head land in order to enjoy an outstanding view over Saint-Brieuc bay and the Bréhat island.
You will come back towards Lézardrieux by setting astride the suspension bridge over the river Trieux. In the wild peninsula you will discover a tide mill and a geological curiosity with the Talbert deep valley where the wrack is collected. You will cross the estuary formed by the junction of the Jaudy and the Guindy to discover the former Bishop's town of Tréguier, hanged on the hill.
A detour through the Plougrescant peninsula will provide the opportunity to discover small fishing ports and an imposing setting shaped by the breakers The abyss in the vicinity of the Château head land and the rocky islets of the Pors Scaff coves display good examples.
You will reach Perros-Guirec in the late afternoon to admire the sunset on the rocks of the Pink granite rose Coast.
