The Rochecotte castle offers the gentle pleasure of life. This was the prince de Talleyrand’s mansion. Pediment in the antique style, terrace in the Italian style, gardens in the French style and the setting in the sitting-room and the bedrooms create a subtle balance between charm and good taste.

You will resume your journey inside the valley and through the countryside of the Natural Regional Park Loire-Anjou-Touraine. The Langeais castle is a massive and austere fortress. Its walls shelter a pleasant garden where a very beautiful Renaissance façade stands out.

The Cinq-Mars village on the bank of the river Loire has a castle as well as a « pile », a sort of Gallo-Roman mausoleum from the mid Vth century. On the other side of the river you will discover Villandry and its Renaissance gardens. Terraces, ornamental ponds, maze of the ornamental garden and decorative vegetable garden will lead you through a wonderful Itinerary.

In the Indre valley you will discover Azay-le-Rideau, one of the Romantism jewels.

Travelling upstream you will reach the fortress of Montbazon then the former Cormery abbey.

You will get lost through the interlacing of maïze and flowers which characterize this region when crossing the charming Truyes village. This natural setting originated the idea of a theme park for a few years. It was inspired by XVIIIth century drawings.

You will leave the Indre to approach Vienne crossing a countryside scattered with groves, prairies, ponds and helmets. You will find your evening refuge on the edge of the Creuse.
